Please tell us something about yourself and your family. I was born on the 4th of July, 1977 in Masvingo, a small town of Zimbabwe. My parents were peasant farmers who solely depended on subsistence farming. I attended Chikava primary school, and I completed my secondary education from Chekai secondary school. l used to travel 10km by foot to school and during the holidays, my major activity was heading cattle and farming. Then I went to Mutendi for A level studies and that was my first time in boarding school. After that, I completed my BSc in Civil Engineering in 2003 and left the country for South Africa in search of greener pastures as well as running away from political persecution. That’s where my career started as a supervisor in construction.

Please tell us something about yourself and your family. I am the firstborn, in a family of four girls. I got married in the year 2017 and changed my family name which is Tshotlego to my marital name that I am currently using(Kgano).In April 2006, when I was doing my final year at the University of Botswana, we lost our father who was the breadwinner due to meningitis which was caused by HIV & AIDS. This forced me to drop out of school due to depression and to take care of my sisters and mother who was sick. One of my sisters managed to get admitted to the University of Bergen through the University of Botswana to continue with her medical course. In  2007, she managed to help me financially to go back and complete my degree. She is now a qualified doctor and married in Norway where she is staying with her family.Another sister is doing her Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Stavanger, sponsored by the Norwegian government, while the last born has completed her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Logistics and supply chain management) and is searching for a job.I am now working as an officer-in-charge for the Kazungula Ferry Border post, in which we share the Zambian territories along the Chobe River. I am employed by the Botswana Unified Revenue Service and deployed under the operations unit, customs department.I was employed in March 2009 as a customs officer and deployed to the Ramokgwebana Border post(Botswana and Zimbabwe territories). After six years (2014) of hard work, I was promoted to the position of a senior customs officer and transferred to Mamuno Border post, which is in the northwestern part of Botswana sharing the perimeters with Namibia. In 2020, I was promoted to the level of a station manager, which I am currently holding.Well, all these years, I always had that zeal to pursue a Master's degree but I couldn't due to many reasons. I would like to express my gratitude to your University for having enrolled me in this course which would assist me to build up my career.

Please tell us something about yourself, your family and your interests? I was born to Hayford Owusu-Ansah, a farmer, and Paulina Obeng, a small trader, all Ghanaian by birth. We are five (5) children and I am the third-born. I am the Chief Executive Officer for Jenelb Consult. I am also the HR & Administrative Manager at Dunkwa Area Teachers’ Co-operative Credit Union. I have 14 years of professional experience in the areas of Management and Administration, Marketing, Credit Union Management, Human Resource Management, and Customer Service. I have a passion for providing HR and Management Consultancy services to individuals, organizations, and institutions such as foreign universities and colleges by promoting their accredited courses/programmes and also assisting students or interested people to enroll with them. As a professional, I currently have the following credentials to my credit:  1.Certified Professional Manager & Administrator (Full Member) from The Institute of Professional Managers & Administrators-UK. 2.Master of Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource Management from Cambridge International College-UK. 3.Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from University of Education-Winneba, Ghana.  4.Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Koforidua Polytechnic (Now Koforidua Technical University). Currently, I have enrolled with Chartered Management Institute-UK, through Athena Global Education to acquire a professional qualification in Strategic Human Resource Management Practitioner program. I am also a student member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management, Ghana. I am married with three children, Jeffery Dwomoh-Gyamfi, Bridgette Adu-Gyamfi, and Nelda Awuah-Gyamfi.

Please tell us something about yourself, your family and your interests? I am Ali from Yemen. I work as a cashier at the International Committee of the  Red Cross (ICRC) in the administration and financial department. I have been working with this humanitarian company for three years. I am interested to polish my skills in financial business and accounting management. I am happy to work for the Red Cross to support humanitarian action which aims to achieve the goal of helping people who suffer due to conflict, as for example, in my country, Yemen. I married in 2018 and  I have a son.  I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from the  English Education Department of Sana University in 2014. I worked as an English teacher for three years and as a  translator for one year. Soon after, I discovered my passion for business and accounting and wanted to develop my future career in these areas. Thereafter, I started to learn by myself, read, and take different online courses on these subjects.

Please tell us something about yourself, your family ?. We are a family of 6. I am the eldest son. Last year, my father fell down the stairs, suffering a head injury and he is unable to walk now. Before that incident, he worked in sales and made a name for himself in the local market. My mother runs a small veterinary store and looks after the family. My eldest sister has M.Phil. in clinical Psychology and the other sister is a Veterinary doctor, both married. Next in line, I have done BS in Electrical Engineering but working in Logistics due to saturation in the market. My younger brother is in 9th grade at school.

Hi Ndeye, thanks for taking out time to talk to us, first, we would want to know more about you, your family, work, life in general. I am versatile and experienced in banking with excellent academic credentials and I have over 8 years’ experience in numerous industries in successful companies in France, the UK, and others. Being committed and passionate about providing leadership of excellence has been reflected in the results achieved and the programs I have implemented in all my capacities to date. This success has been confirmed by targets achieved and surpassed in every company that has employed me. I have a lovely family around the world which gives me the chance to visit many different countries and understand their cultures. My interest is in banking as well as management and leadership. I am open-minded and enjoy working with people from different walks of life. Please tell us something about yourself, your family and your interests? I am a father of two sons 17 and 11 years old. I am a divorced single parent. I qualified as a veterinarian in 2002 and joined the private sector in 2018. My interest is in good governance and leadership.

I have been married to my beautiful wife for almost 8 years and we have two amazing children. I have varied interests. I enjoy spending time researching and learning more about the Bible and Jewish culture. I have a strong passion for sports, especially cricket and soccer. My DNA is imprinted with the green and gold of Proteas (South African Cricket team), and my blood runs red with Manchester United.

Please tell us something about yourself, your family and your interests. I possess a strong desire to help, support, and advance others and I have demonstrated that on many occasions. I enjoy meeting new people and developing existing networks. I love reading, understanding, and influencing others. I am always happy in roles that require a high level of interaction but at the same time, I  like to work productively and perform efficiently in an independent setting. I consider myself a driven yet balanced individual, calm and focused in times of challenge, able to stay level headed in the face of adversity. Intuitive, a hands-on learner, analytical and agile, I am able to learn and implement new techniques and understandings in a very short time frame. I am married to Carla, the love of my life and we’ve been together since 2011; we are celebrating our 10th Anniversary this year. We’ve spent the last eight years in NYC (USA). Since we had lived far away from our families for long, we came back to Italy earlier last year. I wanted to achieve an IMBA degree in order to elevate both professional and educational possibilities.Music is one of my biggest passions. I post regularly on subjects that would inspire people in my network, and beyond. Swimming, soccer, scuba diving, and bodyboarding are my go-to activities. I am an Advance Padi registered Diver and a well-versed bodyboarder. Unfortunately, the pandemic interrupted many sports activities.
