"I am an Electrical Power Engineer with over 15 years of experience in energy portfolio management, design, and project management. My expertise includes power system planning, utility management, and the full spectrum of electricity generation, transmission, and distribution. I am currently serving as a Regional Power Systems Development Engineer at the African Development Bank in Power Systems Development and Energy Portfolio Management. My academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, earned in 2006, a Master’s in Electrical and Renewable Energy Engineering, completed in 2012, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), awarded in 2020. I have extensive experience working with multilateral financing institutions, government-funded projects, and other organizations. The objective that pushed me to choose this Master's Program is to expand my procurement and project management skills while also improving my productivity, leading to improved performance. The procurement skills will help me to better understand the dynamics in the procurement industry, whereas the project management skills expected to be acquired at UniAthena will be more beneficial to my routine activities.
