I am a dedicated professional with extensive experience in facility, quality, and safety management. While I do not possess a bachelor's degree, my practical expertise and professional certifications have equipped me with a strong foundation in these critical areas. I am most excited to learn about strategic management and global business. I want to understand how companies operate in different markets. I also want to improve my skills in data analysis and decision-making. These skills will help me solve complex problems in my job.

After completing this program, my goal is to become a Senior Manager or Director. I want to lead teams and make important business decisions. I would like to work in a company that values quality and safety. I also want to use my knowledge to improve business processes and efficiency.

Managing work, studies, and personal life requires good planning. I properly plan my activities to organize my time. I study during my free time, such as evenings and weekends. I prioritize tasks and focus on what is most important. I also make sure to take breaks and spend time with my family online. 

A challenging goal I successfully accomplished was implementing a comprehensive safety management system across multiple facilities. This involved overcoming resistance to change and coordinating diverse teams. I learned the importance of clear communication, persistent effort, and adaptability.
