During my Global MBA journey, one standout success came when I was tasked with the revitalization of our wagon tippler at Nacala Logistics. It was the first time the company had undertaken such a venture, and the project was scheduled for 10 days. By applying the project management and operational strategies I had learned in my MBA, I led the team to complete the task in just 8 days, ahead of schedule and without any setbacks.

This achievement marked a milestone for Nacala Logistics and was recognized by upper management, leading to recognition from the entire company. My major challenge has been balancing my school work with my job. I have completed six executive diplomas from UniAthena, which offered me unique insights in a number of fields. The pre-recorded videos were fully helpful in explaining the concepts.
