Certifications & Levels


All our courses will be mapped from Level 1 to Level 7. These levels are differentiated on the basis of the knowledge, practical and supervisory skills that are expected to be developed at the end of courses. Choose your level depending upon the stage of profession or education you have achieved and are willing to acquire.

Level 1 courses impart learners with basic general knowledge on the subject so that they can carry out simple tasks. Learners get an overall idea of the subject but they are expected to work and learn under direct supervision in a structured environment.

At level 2, learners will be able to grasp factual knowledge besides general knowledge. Learners are expected to carry out tasks using relevant information and tools. They are expected to work and learn under supervision with some autonomy.

Learners imbibe factual principles, processes and general knowledge on a subject. Tasks are accomplished by applying information, tools and material. Learners are expected to take responsibility for completion of tasks autonomously.

At level 4, learners garner knowledge at a more broader level and can be expected to not only complete tasks but figure out solutions in the field of work. Learners can take up supervisory roles and are expected to exercise self-management and should be in a position to evaluate and improve on the work allotted to them.

At Level 5, the learner absorbs comprehensive, factual, specialised and theoretical knowledge of the subject area. He/she will be in a position to offer creative solutions to abstract problems. The learner can be expected to manage and supervise work even in an unpredictable changing environment and review and develop their own performance as well as of others.

Learners derive advanced knowledge, and critical understanding of the theory and principles of the subject area. They are in a position to offer creative solutions to abstract problems. They are expected to manage complex technical or professional activities, and should be able to take responsibility for managing professional development of the team.

Learners at this level are expected to develop highly specialized knowledge of the subject and be capable of original thinking and research. They should have critical awareness of the knowledge issue in the subject area and at the interface between different disciplines.They will be equipped with problem solving skills required in research so that they can innovate to develop new procedures and tap potential sources of knowledge. Learners will also be able to integrate knowledge from different fields and they should be in a position to analyze complex, unpredictable contexts that require a new strategic approach. Finally, learners are responsible for reviewing the strategic performance of the team.


We have certification types ranging from Basics to Executive Diploma. The certification categories are dependent on the depth of knowledge one is interested to acquire on a particular subject. If you are looking for just basic, foundational knowledge then 'Basics' will be an appropriate category. However, as we go further, we move from foundational, to more conceptual, contextual dimensions of the subject.

Basics are micro-courses which are designed with an objective to help learners gain insight into the subject matter. Basics are best suited for aspirants who want to acquire elementary knowledge of the particular subject.

Essential courses lay stress on the conceptual framework of the course. It helps learners to think beyond the fundamentals of a subject and covers the analytical models, approaches, applications and core terminologies associated with the subject.

Mastering a course equips learners with a practical guide in understanding the critical aspects of a particular subject. It trains learners to develop a skilful approach in identifying and evaluating business metrics that affects the functioning of a business.

Diploma aims at helping learners to grasp the fundamental knowledge of different significant sections of a course with a single learning move. It is suited for aspirants who want to get an easy access to all-possible information about the subject at once.
