During my Global MBA journey, one standout success came when I was tasked with the revitalization of our wagon tippler at Nacala Logistics. It was the first time the company had undertaken such a venture, and the project was scheduled for 10 days. By applying the project management and operational strategies I had learned in my MBA, I led the team to complete the task in just 8 days, ahead of schedule and without any setbacks.

This achievement marked a milestone for Nacala Logistics and was recognized by upper management, leading to recognition from the entire company. It was a proud moment that showcased the impact of my education and established my leadership capabilities within the organization. My major challenge has been balancing my school work with my job.
