It was the first time the company had undertaken such a venture, and the project was scheduled for 10 days. By applying the project management and operational strategies I had learned in my MBA, I led the team to complete the task in just 8 days, ahead of schedule and without any setbacks.

This achievement marked a milestone for Nacala Logistics and was recognized by upper management, leading to recognition from the entire company. My major challenge has been balancing my school work with my job.
