On the positive side, the course is organized and structured very well. The content is exactly what I am looking for and was expecting. I was initially sceptical of long-distance learning, and I wondered how I would be able to learn and communicate with the lecturer and mentor due to the time difference. I had an absolutely amazing first-class experience at UniAthena for my Postgraduate Certificate in Machine Learning. I found the study material, the video lectures and further reading interesting and engaging. The academic staff was also friendly and supportive and they were always quick to answer my questions by email which I liked. Their IT team was good at getting back to me when I had this issue logging into the website where I had to reset the password endlessly, but they fixed it within a short span of time. That was nice. The assignments had a very practical and business-minded focus to them, for instance, one of the questions asked was how you would apply AI to improve a company's operational efficiency. This is great because it really helps to engage your thinking about how your studies are connected to your future career or job role. 

The only downside point was some of the quiz questions. They could perhaps do with a little revamping. However, the quiz questions were focused on continually improving and testing your understanding so if you complete them, you get a very good grasp of the course. You can work at your own pace which means that there is no pressure and you can learn a lot in a short space of time which fits into your hectic schedule. I enjoyed the course that I chose which made it easier to study. All in all, I had a very positive postgraduate education experience. This is the first time in my life that I have experienced such level of patience from a higher education institute. So all I can say now is thank you everyone for your desire to make sure I pass my assignments with flying colors. I am certainly overwhelmed. 

The module information on the program is so relevant and to the point that the learner grasps key theories and concepts easily. They are well articulated and presented by different module tutors who have hands-on exposure and academic experience in the field of their teaching. The module assignments are very relevant to today's business world and they make you think critically, analyze situations, and come up with modern solutions.

The First thing that comes to my mind is the affordability and the flexibility of the course and the delivery method using the latest technology. So far, what I have experienced in UniAthena is impressive especially regarding the people to assist me with my academic challenges. I have been experiencing health anxiety and this covid-19 era made it really worse. It was impossible for me to even concentrate on my studies. I almost wanted to quit and focus on my anxiety but seeing their patience and willingness to guide me through my assignments gave me so much relief that I was able to go through my therapy counseling and learn at the same time. This is the first time in my life that I have experienced such level of patience from a higher education institute.
