Tell us about a time you planned and accomplished a challenging goal.
As a digital marketing freelancer, I once took on a project to boost a client’s online presence within a tight deadline. I planned a strategy, including social media campaigns and SEO, and successfully increased their engagement by 40% in just a month. Balancing this project while also studying law was challenging but it taught me the importance of time management and dedication and I’m proud of that.
Considering all the people you've met in your field, what personal attributes do you believe are essential for success?
As a digital marketing freelancer, I’ve learned that being adaptable and creative is really important because the industry is always evolving. You need to think quickly and come up with new ideas. Likewise, in law, paying close attention to details is important. Balancing both fields has taught me that good time management and clear communication are key to succeeding in any job.
Describe a time you stepped outside your comfort zone and demonstrated leadership skills.
I once led a team to create a digital marketing strategy for a new product launch for a client with a deadline of 2 days. I organized meetings, set goals, and made sure everyone was on the same page. It was challenging, but the launch went really well and I learned a lot about leadership and teamwork from the experience.
