My name is Waseem Yafi, and I am an efficient, innovative, methodical and experienced Strategy & Marketing professional. I hold over 15 years of experience in senior level management, in charge of Strategies, Marketing/Digital Marketing, Customer Experience (CX), Digital Sales (eCommerce), and Brand Management.

As a team leader, I believe in maintaining the highest level of integrity, commitment and respect for diversity and inclusion. I am result-driven, and I excel at communicating with people and applying technical expertise. 

I also enjoy coaching and mentoring, fostering creativity and innovation, formulating strategies and concepts, and persuading and influencing.

There is a clear link between Marketing and Data Science, and data insights are well-known to boost the efficacy of marketing campaigns and strategies. Yes, I do believe that pursuing a Master in Data Science should help realize my career goals.

Upon completing my Master in Data Science from UniAthena, I am planning to pursue a doctoral degree next, particularly a PhD.

After over a decade of professional experience, I now aspire to launch my own business.

As I am still in the process of completing my Master program, I would say that this remains to be seen. 

I would consider pursuing this Master in Data Science to be a challenging goal, so I am still in the process of working towards accomplishing my goal. 

In my years of professional experience, I have come to value continuous learning, leadership, innovation, & commitment as essential for success.

Taking the decision to start this Master in Data Science program was a big leap of faith.

I have two dream jobs! As of right now, I would like to become the VP of Marketing & Strategies. Afterwards, I would like to start my own business.
