I am a young Mosotho man born in the mountain kingdom of Lesotho and married to a beautiful woman. I grew up in a family where there was not a single graduate until my brother graduated from the National University of Lesotho. His achievements inspired me to pursue my childhood dream of holding the highest qualification possible and living without limitations. I also graduated from the same university in 2016 with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer System and Networks. After graduation, I worked for a local IT company called Computer Business Solutions, first as a web applications developer and later promoted to software engineer.

I managed several databases for different ministries of the Government of Lesotho and I developed the desire to be a data scientist. I acquired many international certificates from Microsoft and now I am a Microsoft Certified Professional. 

I worked with large databases and created some complex reports and I realized that I needed to develop my skill further in data management. I, therefore, started looking for universities where I could study for a Master in Data Sciences and came across UniAthena. I am still new and therefore cannot comment on whether the course is living up to my expectations.

The data science industry is growing, and more companies have started realizing the importance of managing and analyzing data. Hence I want to pursue a career in data science.

The best teacher, according to me, is somebody who knows and understands his/her students, somebody who knows their strengths and weaknesses and helps them all reach their goals.

My dream job is to be a Data Manager.

The most courageous thing I have ever done was setting myself a goal to complete the school syllabus by mid-year of study and I achieved that in Maths while at high school for two years.

My best childhood memory was my first visit to the zoo.

The perfect vacation for me would be visiting an island with the love of my life and spending some romantic moments.
