My name is Ramadass, and I hail from the southern part of India. I've been working with Bechtel as a Senior HSE specialist  in Saudi Arabia since 2015. Previously, I worked in Singapore from 2002 to 2015 in different capacities and responsibilities.

My passion is to upgrade myself in terms of education to gain new skills and knowledge, enabling me to grow professionally and meet organization expectations. I strongly believe this course will provide the requisite skills and knowledge I crave.

I would like to learn comprehensively about skills and techniques for overseeing matters related to environment, health, and safety management.

I aspire to be a competent HSE Manager in the organization. In order to accomplish my goal, it is important to learn new skills through new courses to meet my professional aspirations in the future.

Well, of course, working in the HSE field, I encountered a lot of challenges. The diverse courses I attended prepared me well to adopt a professional approach for field projects.

There have been many instances where I've confronted challenging goals. Yet, I would like to highlight the critical factors that helped me overcome challenges, including teamwork, professional communication, mutual respect, and brainstorming sessions with the team.

Over the years I have been working in different industries, I have come to believe personal attributes such as initiative, willingness to learn, confidence, adaptability, and integrity are essential to success.

I presented myself in front of a crowd and convinced myself to present my idea with conviction. Finally, it was a success for me. This happened to me in 2006, when I transitioned from a technical role to an HSE role.

I would recommend reading some historical books, as it allows us to learn more about different cultures and values as well as broaden our perspective.

My dream job is to become an influential leader in my field and leverage my skills to help the organization.
