This program has enhanced my strategic thinking and leadership abilities, essential for advancing into senior management and shaping organizational decisions at the higher level.
What are you most excited to learn or explore next in your studies?
I’m particularly excited to explore how data analytics and emerging technologies can enhance quality systems. Understanding how to leverage digital tools for predictive quality management is something I’m eager to master, as it’s becoming essential in modern operations.
Could you outline the career goals you have in mind for after completing your current academic journey?
"After completing my MBA, I aim to transition into the role of a Regional Quality Director or Head of Quality Control. Ultimately, I strive to lead large-scale organizational transformations, ensuring quality is not just a compliance requirement but a competitive advantage.
How are you managing your studies along with the work in your personal life?
It’s all about structure and discipline. I dedicate specific hours to my coursework, often in the early mornings or evenings, and treat them as non-negotiable commitments. Prioritizing tasks, staying organized, and maintaining open communication with both family and colleagues has helped me balance everything without burning out.
Share a specific example of a challenging goal you set for yourself and successfully accomplished. What did you learn from this experience?
"A few years ago, I led a project to align our company’s quality processes with new ISO standards under a tight timeline. It required coordinating multiple departments, training teams, and ensuring zero non-conformities during the audit. We succeeded on schedule, and I learned that persistence, clear communication, and empowering team members are key to overcoming complex challenges."

Resilience, adaptability, and integrity stand out. Challenges are inevitable, but staying focused, adjusting to change, and maintaining ethical standards are what ultimately build long-term credibility and success.

When our department manager unexpectedly left, I was asked to step in as acting lead. It was intimidating at first, but I embraced responsibility – coordinating projects, mentoring colleagues, and making tough decisions. The experience earned me recognition from senior management and proved that stepping up during uncertainty is often the best opportunity for growth.
If you could recommend one book that you believe everyone should read, what would it be, and why?
