My name is Ghenwa Bou Hadeer. I am from Lebanon, currently enrolled in a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) program, and I work as a Career Counsellor.

Before enrolling in the course, I was in the process of starting a new business focused on career guidance.

My role as Managing Director of Start Right led me to enroll in the DBA program. Since my research focuses on career guidance including its concepts, effects, and importance, I saw this course as an opportunity to broaden my expertise.

At that time, I aimed to develop my skills in research writing and critical thinking. Secondly, I wanted to understand the role of career guidance in shaping students’ future lives.

The course helped me improve my way of thinking and writing. I gained knowledge in collecting and analyzing data, as well as in using references ethically, new skills I acquired through the program.

Yes, the module on collecting and analyzing data made a substantial impact. It strengthened my ability to interpret information, detect patterns, and make informed decisions. 

After completing the program, I became more confident in writing research papers. I was able to express my ideas with greater clarity and accuracy.
