I am passionate about entrepreneurship and aspire to become a successful businesswoman. I chose the BBA program at UniAthena because it provides practical knowledge and strategic insights essential for running and growing a business. Having previously completed my master’s degree with UniAthena and gained an excellent experience, I am confident in their quality and flexibility. This program will further strengthen my decision‑making, leadership, and innovative capacity, which are critical for building sustainable and competitive businesses.

I am excited to learn more about business strategy, marketing, and financial management. These areas will help me understand how to position my business effectively in the market and manage resources efficiently for long-term success.

My goal is to establish and grow my own business, creating value for customers while contributing to economic development. I also aspire to become a leader who inspires others, especially women, to pursue entrepreneurship and achieve financial independence.

I manage my studies by setting clear priorities and creating a structured schedule. I dedicate specific hours to learning while balancing family and personal responsibilities. Time management and discipline have been key to maintaining this balance.

One challenging goal was launching a small business project while managing other commitments. Despite limited resources, I successfully executed the plan by staying focused and leveraging creativity. This taught me resilience and the importance of planning and adaptability.

From my experiences so far, I believe determination, adaptability, confidence, and continuous learning are key qualities for achieving success. Determination helps me stay committed to my goals, adaptability allows me to adjust to changes and challenges, confidence enables me to trust my abilities, and continuous learning ensures I am always seeking knowledge.

I once volunteered to lead a team project despite feeling unsure about my leadership skills. By communicating effectively and motivating the team, we achieved excellent results. This experience boosted my confidence and showed me the value of stepping up.

Based on my experiences, I would advise professionals who are just starting their careers to start small but think big, because every great business begins with a vision. It’s important to invest in learning, as knowledge is your greatest asset. Building a strong network is equally vital, since connections often open doors to new opportunities.Finally, stay persistent-  challenges are part of the journey, and success comes to those who don’t give up.
