I’m Sadiq and I was born in 1985 in Taiz, Yemen. I’m a pilot and I have been in the aviation field since 2007. I am married, my wife is a doctor, and she is my source of happiness and motivation.

I work in the field of supply chain and logistics (Aviation sector) and this programme will broaden my knowledge and help me find unique solutions to enhance my supply chain strategies.

I plan to learn another foreign language and sharpen my leadership skills. I also plan to take on more responsibilities within the organization I work with.

During my leisure time, I do different types of sports, go out with my family and friends, and enjoy reading aviation materials.

a) Survival kit with enough food/nutrition/medical supplies.

b) VSAT with the solar power system.

c) Agriculture equipment and plants seeds (In case it exceeds a one-month period) so this can provide a source of food security.

Analyze the problem to find out the root cause and put corrective actions to solve it. Then develop/establish procedures to mitigate/prevent such problems.

The biggest challenge I’ve faced in my life was the civil conflict in my country, Yemen which affected both my personal well-being and professional career/development. I stayed calm and invested the available resources/free time to improve my skills and qualification and joined an entity that operates within my field of specialization.

To stop thinking about my work tasks, duties, and responsibilities during my rest time.

The last book I read was “Proof of Heaven”, and the last movie I saw was “The Man Who Knew Infinity”.

The person I admire is Howard Hughes. He was a successful manufacturer, aviator, film producer, and director. He worked on several projects in different fields and managed to achieve his goals. He also set numerous aviation records and his Hughes Aircraft company built such notable planes as the Spruce Goose.
