The moment I discovered the Master of Supply Chain and Logistics Management programme, I was delighted to find that the requirements matched my current position, and were aligned with my career goals. Once, a team member submitted his work late to me, and we needed to deliver training the next day. Therefore, I stayed up all night to help them edit and finalize to meet the deadline. I accomplished this by structuring my team, tapping into the strengths of all team members, and delegating tasks. We were able to bring the project to success.
