My name is Atef Youssef. I was raised in a peaceful rural area of Egypt, where I nurtured a love for nature. After earning my bachelor's degree in English from the Faculty of Arts in 2009, I pursued postgraduate studies to cultivate skills for teaching and managerial roles within large organizations. I am serving as a Senior Administration Executive, a role that has granted me greater flexibility and the opportunity to focus on personal development and enhance my practical chops. With this newfound time, I am eager to embark on postgraduate studies, particularly in MBA. 

Over the past decade, I have accumulated extensive experience in executive positions, from establishing companies from the ground up to seamlessly transitioning them to operational platoon. Throughout this journey, I have cultivated vital skills such as problem-solving, patience, confidence, and collaborative teamwork. As a quick learner, I have realized my ability to function both individually and as part of a platoon, and I derive great satisfaction from working alongside colleagues towards common objectives. The nature of my responsibilities has necessitated making swift decisions, adjusting to evolving circumstances, and persistently seeking innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.

My role has consistently pushed me to venture beyond my comfort zone, contributing significantly to my personal and professional development. Another major motivation for pursuing this course is the rapid global changes that require individuals to stay current with evolving business practices. The increasing importance of employee engagement, organizational development, and talent management in today’s dynamic workplace environment has reinforced my decision to focus on business. I firmly believe that this course will provide the academic foundation necessary to expand my professional skills and apply them in a more strategic context.
