UniAthena Short Courses Platform Celebrates 1 Million Learners Milestone

We are thrilled to announce that our Short Courses platform has recently hit a major milestone, with over 1 million learners onboarded from all around the world. As an EdTech company, we are proud of the increasing popularity of our upskilling and professional development programs across a wide range of disciplines.

Our Short Courses platform was launched in January 2022 and has since provided a variety of professional certificates in partnership with globally recognized institutes, such as Acacia University Professional Development (USA) and CIQ (UK). With over 450 courses currently available in more than 20 domains, including Data Science, Analytics, Project Management, and Marketing, we have successfully expanded access to the most in-demand skills globally.

Reaching this milestone means a lot to us. It indicates that our efforts to democratize education and provide lifelong learning opportunities are resonating with a large number of learners worldwide. We will continue to expand our course catalog, develop innovative offerings, and forge partnerships with top institutions to help learners gain the best skills they need to dominate competitive spaces.

We are also proud of our corporate social responsibility efforts under the Upskill Your Community initiative, which has allowed over 1118 UniAthena learners to claim free certificates to date.

Our recent additions to the platform include new courses in Industrial Psychology, Healthcare Administration, and Advanced Data Visualization, making our platform even more comprehensive. Our Short Courses platform has proven to be an effective model for bite-sized learning, with easy-to-digest video lessons.

Looking ahead, we aim to tap new student populations by making select courses available in multiple languages. As a step towards this goal, we recently launched the Diploma in Strategic International Human Resource Management in Spanish. Additionally, we plan to apply our data-driven approach to gain deeper insights into students' needs and preferences to further improve course quality and learning outcomes.
