At first, I was confused about starting this online learning journey for many reasons. I was initially reluctant about taking an online course instead of an on-site one, concerning work, life, and education balance, besides being married and raising my 5-year-old child. Moreover, working in the humanitarian sector in a crisis context was another challenge. Indeed, after reading about UniAthena and its free portal access for the trial period, I decided to take the journey without any concern, allowing me to refer the programme to other colleagues. Through the supervision and guidance of my supervisors and tutors from the beginning, I managed to be on the right track, especially thanks to my dissertation supervisor, Sanjeeta Thapa, who helped and guided me on how to achieve the thesis tasks. With her valuable remarks and recommendations, my project became more appealing to the technical committee during the presentation.
I was happy with the results; however, I was expecting more scores in the dissertation and presentation. However, it won't change anything but would rather help me improve more. My plan is to continue learning and embark on another adventure within UniAthena by taking the Doctorate of Business Administration programme in the future.
