A New Course Makes its Foray into UniAthena

There is a new course from UniAthena to prepare learners in diverse areas of international business law.

The Masters in International Business Law is a 60 ECTS program comprising six modules and one project from Girne American University, Cyprus. These are International Dispute Resolution, Cyber Law, International Corporate Governance, International Business Transactions, Multinational Enterprises, Modern Research Methods and Graduate Project. Additional Certification is Postgraduate Diploma in International Business Law from Cambridge International Qualifications, UK (optional). 

Girne University (GAU), Cyprus, is ranked as “One of the Best 100 Higher Education Provider Universities” in the Eduniversal rankings. GAU’s academic programs are accredited by prestigious accrediting bodies in the USA and Europe.

This program enables the learner to develop skills in legal areas regulating diversities of business activities across the world.

The program can be completed within 9-24 months based on students’ pace and time availability. It provides a cogent analysis of business issues and the regulation of trade in goods, services, and capital, including arbitration, finance, comparative law and competition law, among others. It also helps aspirants master the legal aspects of running a business, both local and international. Learners gain a deep insight into international business practices, enabling them to understand and respond to legal challenges on a global scale, and opening up job opportunities in the business sector.
