I came to know about this programme when I saw an ad on LinkedIn. Since completing an MBA was a long-time dream, I decided that it was the right fit for me, so I immediately accessed the Athena Global Education page on the web to further learn about its program, accreditation, and way of delivering learning material. Next, I engaged their help desk via Whatsapp and I received all the information that I needed to make the right decision.

My first impression of student care was so positive, that I was able to develop a rapport with the institution at once. Enrolling in my first year was a breath of fresh air, from the payment process to getting access to the learning material. It was so convenient and fair, it already raised my eagerness to commit to the DBA programme with this institution in the future. As I went along with the program, I came to know all the people that would be relevant to my success. 

Another point to touch on is the means of interaction with the institution. I could do it via phone, email, whatsapp, and messages. But Whatsapp proved to be the quickest way to get my concerns resolved since issues were attended to immediately.

Relevant to mention the level of cordiality that was always considered in every engagement. Learning support was available at all times, to the extent that one did not feel that it was not a traditional classroom learning experience.
