During my Global MBA journey, one standout success came when I was tasked with the revitalization of our wagon tippler at Nacala Logistics. It was the first time the company had undertaken such a venture, and the project was scheduled for 10 days. By applying the project management and operational strategies I had learned in my MBA, I led the team to complete the task in just 8 days, ahead of schedule and without any setbacks.

This achievement marked a milestone for Nacala Logistics and was recognized by upper management, leading to recognition from the entire company. My major challenge has been balancing my school work with my job. After earning my Executive Diploma in Accounting, I was also accepted to the postgraduate diploma in accounting (PDGA/CTA), which I couldn't qualify for before. I will definitely be coming back for more.
