It was the first time the company had undertaken such a venture, and the project was scheduled for 10 days. My major challenge has been balancing my school work with my job. When I decided to do a DBA programme, I started a search. I had to take my peculiar schedule into consideration when selecting a programme that both met my schedule needs and provided the kind of academic rigour that will enable me to meet my learning goals.
