My name is Aliyah Minka Anthony. I live on an  island called Dominica. I am 23 years old and I stay with my parents. I have three brothers and my main interest is doing exceptionally well at school.

I was once a loyal student at Monroe since I did my Bachelor’s and started my Master’s with them. However, my friend who signed up with UniAthena told me about the great prices and programs this educational institution has. So I decided to withdraw from the program I started with Monroe and move to this school.

After completing this course, I would like to go for a postgraduate program or obtain another Master’s degree in Project Management.

Accountability, patience and an open mind make a great teacher.

I would like to become a Financial Controller or a Management Analyst someday.

The most courageous thing I have done was helping my brother when he had an epilepsy attack by ensuring he did not bite his tongue by placing a nutmeg underneath it because it helps reduce attacks.

My best childhood memory was attending primary school. I had wonderful days as an adolescent. We did all types of crazy fun stuff when we were kids.

An idea of a perfect vacation for me is, having enough funds to go to Jamaica to have lots of fun. Visiting various natural sites and hugely enjoying that beautiful country.

A fictional character I would like to be friends with is Meredith in Grey's Anatomy.

An important lesson I have learned is not to give up on your dreams, nothing happens before its time, patience is a virtue and a lot of things occur when you pray.
