Follow these steps to formally enroll in the Strategic Human Resource Management Practitioner program:
1. Register on Athena Global Education for a 7-day trial.
2. Pay the course fee when you are convinced about the learning model.
3. On successful payment, you will be sent an official ‘Admission Letter’ along with a receipt for the amount paid.
4.Start Learning.
If you fail to submit the Quiz within 40 days of the enrollment date, you can request an extension of not more than 30 days and pay a fee of USD 100.00 ($100)
If you do not resubmit the failed Quiz within 21 days of the published results, you may request an extension of not more than 30 days by paying USD 100.00 ($100).
If you fail again on your RE-submission, you may apply for a Retake by paying USD 150 ($150). You will have another 90 days of access to the resources and will need to submit the Quiz within these 90 days from the retake date. The process then restarts as mentioned above.
Interested candidates must upload their Identity cards as a means to verify their identity.

Once you register for the course, you will have access to the learning resources of three units of the first chapter. Your access to these learning resources will end after 7 days of registration and you will need to enroll for the program by paying the course fee.
The core resources of the program are video classes and related reading material. This is an opportunity for learners to clarify their doubts and understand how to work on the assigned project.
Every learners is assigned a personal tutor for each module in his course, the learners can reach out to his/her personal tutor for any academic assistance with his/her learning. Besides, academic assistance, learners are allocated a learners Experience Executive, who will be there to assist learners with any pastoral support (non- academic). There are no written exams for this program. Once you are enrolled in the program, you will be able to access the learning portal. Assessment for this program is completely based on the quizzes.
The course outlines and learning outcomes are given as downloadable documents on the webpage of the course.
Once you have registered for the Strategic Human Resource Management Practitioner program, the maximum time allowed to complete the program is 80 days. If you are unable to complete the course within 80 days, you may apply for an extension of 30 days by paying a Course Extension fee of USD 100.
The minimum duration of the course is 40 though some exceptions may apply.
