I was initially sceptical of long-distance learning, and I wondered how I would be able to learn and communicate with the lecturer and mentor due to the time difference. The follow-up from the Course Administrator after I registered my interest in the MBA was quick, and they were able to answer all of my questions and concerns, giving me the confidence to pursue the MBA programme with them. Throughout the course, the assigned mentors and Bob, the customer experience manager, were helpful, and whenever I contacted them, they responded quickly, even though we were all in different time zones. They have helped me along the way.
