The rapidly changing environment and fast-paced market shifts, coupled with the nature of my profession, demands a specialized skill set and competence, specifically in business administration. My journey in engineering began at an early stage, helping me develop essential skills in management and leadership. This is why I decided to enhance my practical experience with a strong academic foundation. 
 

The Executive MBA program equipped me with valuable tools and skills in Human Resources Management, Strategic Leadership, Business Operations Management, Legal and Social Aspects, Financial Knowledge, and Supply Chain & Logistics Management. 
 

Additionally, my research and analytical skills were significantly strengthened while working on my final dissertation, enabling me to apply the skills I had gained throughout the program.
 

This success is a testament to the clear and valuable study program. The most important factor contributing to this highly positive outcome is the continuous support, guidance, and  mentorship from my tutor and the dissertation supervisor, Ankita Jawalkar.
