My name is Yap Chee Ping, and I am currently an educator and trainer based in Singapore. Previously, I worked as a senior technical specialist and robotics trainer, as well as held management-level roles. 

Before enrolling in the course, I was actively engaged  in education, dedicating myself to teaching, student development, and program delivery. As someone with many years of practical experience, I was committed to helping others grow. Yet deep within, I also recognized that I was standing at a defining stage in my own professional journey. I wanted to grow further—not only as an educator, but also as a leader, a thinker, and a future-ready professional preparing for the next chapter of my career.

What motivated me to enrol was more than just the pursuit of another qualification. I wanted to challenge myself, expand my intellectual boundaries, and strengthen my knowledge in management, leadership, and strategy. I was looking for a program that could facilitate my transition into senior leadership roles.
