My major challenge has been balancing my school work with my job. I am an IT executive in one of the leading banks in Zambia and during my time as a Learner, we had done two banking acquisitions of which I had to play a major role in integrating these banks. These increased my workload significantly and affected my coursework.

Nonetheless, I was able to complete all the required coursework and the delay has mainly been on my capstone project. Even so, I am happy to say my Project Supervisor has been supportive and I have made significant progress in the project. I hope to complete my capstone project successfully and finish the program this year. I do have plans to enrol in other programs with UniAthena as I have enjoyed my learning experience with this platform.
