Follow these steps to formally enroll in the OTHM Course

1. Register on UniAthena for a free 7-day trial.
2. Upload all the documents as required under the 'Eligibility Criteria' to the learning portal by clicking on 'Enroll Now' on the learning dashboard.
3. The academic panel will then review your documents and if found to be eligible, send you an 'Admission Offer Letter'.
4. On receiving the 'Admission Offer Letter', you can start your payment.

Applicants are required to submit a valid Identity Card, Passport copy, or Nationality Card, along with official proof of English language proficiency as part of the admission process.

Requirement Documents Needed

  • Age: Passport / ID / Birth certificate
  • Academic Qualification: Relevant Level 3 qualification or equivalent qualification
  • GCE Advanced level in 3 subjects or equivalent qualification
  • Mature learners (over 21) with relevant management experience should submit their experience CV, employer reference letters, professional certificates.
  • English Proficiency: CEFR B2, IELTS 5.5, or PTE 51 certificate/report.

All documents must be valid and officially issued to complete the admission process.

These qualifications are designed for learners who are typically aged 18 and above

The entry profile for learners is likely to include at least one of the following:

  • Relevant Level 3 qualification or equivalent qualification
  • GCE Advanced level in 3 subjects or equivalent qualification
  • Mature learners (over 21) with relevant management experience (learners must check with the delivery centre regarding this experience prior to registering for the programme)

English Language Requirement:
If the applicant is not from a majority English-speaking country, they must provide proof of English language proficiency. Acceptable qualifications include:

  • CEFR: Level B2
  • PTE Academic: Minimum score of 51
  • IELTS: Overall score of 5.5, with at least 5.5 in Reading and Writing

 

After enrolling in a particular program or receiving the admission letter, we are unable to offer refunds as per our policy. However, prior to enrollment, all learners have the option to utilize the free trial period, which lasts between 3 to 7 days. 

The Referral Policy is a UniAthena initiative to make our programs more  affordable to the learners. Learners can  share programs with  friends, family or even peers. If the Invitee enrolls for the suggested program, the next module is made free of charge.

Yes. Students may request a course transfer by submitting an application to the Academic Department. Upon approval, the transfer will be processed. A USD 300 course transfer fee applies for programs such as MBA, Master’s, Bachelor’s, and DBA, while a USD 100 transfer fee applies for transfers between Microcredit courses.

The core resources of the program are video classes and related reading materials. The video lessons and reading materials will provide you with adequate knowledge to understand the module content. Additionally, you will also be learning from the online library, additional learning materials and case studies curated by faculty.

All units within this qualification are internally assessed by the UniAthena Academic team and externally verified by OTHM. The qualifications are criterion-referenced, based on the achievement of all the specified learning outcomes.
