Why I enrolled for Executive Master of Business Administration?

The world of business encompasses the world. To further develop a business, it is imperative to expand to reach overseas. I have sought to understand the relationship between markets to gauge product impact better. Expanding globally requires an understanding of the cultural aspects of a market as well as innovation to create a great concept. This idea is a very delicate concept, and for that reason, I am pursuing the Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) program to enable me to develop successful expansion strategies for firms worldwide. I believe that the EMBA programme from Universidad Catolica de Murcia would improve my entrepreneurial knowledge and skills. 

Again, I believe the move towards a strong economy, as well as the unprecedented explosion of market exchange and free trade, has often introduced immense opportunities to be able to develop new tools, methodologies, and instruments in the aspect of management. This challenging environment is where I would like to thrive; studying EMBA would improve my managerial skills. 

It is against this backdrop that I have recognized the need to pursue the online EMBA program to enable me to realize my career objectives. I see the EMBA as the perfect bridge between where I am professionally now and where I would like to go. The 100% online nature of the programme would allow me to fit my studies around my profession and job commitments as well as my personal life without interfering with my family commitments. 

Obtaining an EMBA would widen my horizon and impart more knowledge and skills. I have had the opportunity to work with many different groups of people on projects and assignments, making me understand people from diverse cultural backgrounds. All these have given me a deep understanding of a range of subjects in varying degrees. 

I am highly skilled in management, teamwork, organization, strategic planning, critical thinking, and communication. Whether it was technical or managerial, my experience in these fields has taught me that every individual has a unique learning and communication style. This experience further developed my research, writing, and management skills, and I believe all these skills would allow me to contribute to the success of this program and the university at large. 

In the next couple of years after my graduation, I could see myself becoming an entrepreneur, having my business organization and exhibiting my personal and technical skills. I am confident I would gain a set of skills and competencies in management that would foster my career goals in the business management field. I enjoy not only learning new things or new ways to approach problems, but I also like sharing those new approaches so that those around me could also benefit and learn as well.
