MBA 2020 Batch

This is about my teaching experience. What is the purpose of my teaching experience? Based on the educational background and current situation in my country and the present trends of globalization, effective learning is very necessary for students to be prepared for their future success. Although I am still new to teaching, I sincerely hope that my teaching can help students understand the purpose of learning and gain some basic learning skills at the entry-level. Besides, stimulating confidence in students’ learnings is also my main focus while teaching in class and I expect the students to be flexible in learning and using various methods to be devoted to lifelong learning in the long run.

My style of teaching:

Interaction with students in a classroom setting is my primary teaching style. That being said, I always tend to teach in an interactive and passionate way to fully engage the students. In addition, I apply the communicative approach to make sure that the students are following whatever I am teaching and are totally engrossed with the subject. An active learning environment is what I believe in especially at the basic level.

My Technique of teaching:

In a classroom, the 80/20 teaching technique is one of my preferred techniques to ensure that the whole learning process is effective. Further, guided practice and independent practice are aligned with teaching throughout the entire learning journey. Whenever we are doing a discussion or a practice in class, I tend to walk around and let the students know that I am here for them in case they have any questions or any difficulties in moving on with their assignments as different students do have different learning styles. Special attention to certain students is crucial at times.
