Purpose of My Teaching Experience

Based on the educational background and current situation in my country, as well as the present trends of globalization, I believe effective learning is essential for preparing students for future success. Although I am still new to teaching, I sincerely hope my classes help students understand the purpose of learning and develop basic skills at the entry level. Building confidence in their learning is one of my main priorities, and I encourage students to remain flexible, adopt diverse methods, and commit to lifelong learning.

My Teaching Style

Interaction with students in the classroom is central to my approach. I strive to teach in an engaging and passionate way that keeps students actively involved. I apply a communicative approach to ensure they follow the lessons closely and remain fully immersed in the subject. I strongly believe in creating an active learning environment, primarily at the foundational level.

My Teaching Technique

One of my preferred methods is the 80/20 teaching technique, which helps make the learning process more effective. I combine guided practice with independent practice throughout the learning journey. During discussions or exercises, I walk around the classroom to support students, answer questions, and address difficulties, recognizing that each learner has a unique style. At times, special attention to certain students is crucial to ensure everyone progresses confidently and overcome challenges.
