I  am proud to share that I have successfully completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Engineering Management with Cambridge International Qualifications, UK, facilitated by UniAthena. This milestone marks a significant step in my professional journey, equipping me with the strategic, analytical, and leadership skills essential for navigating today’s complex engineering landscape. This achievement is a result of the unwavering support and guidance of my assessor and tutor, Reeti Mishra. Her insightful feedback, encouragement, and dedication played a pivotal role in helping me stay focused and motivated throughout the program. Reeti’s mentorship not only enriched my learning experience but also inspired me to push beyond my limits and strive for excellence. I am deeply grateful for this opportunity and excited to apply the knowledge and skills I've gained to make meaningful contributions in the field of engineering management. I am truly grateful to UniAthena for the opportunity, and I believe the experience gained from this program will have a meaningful impact on my journey and career advancement. I aspire to pursue both an MSc in Engineering Management and an MBA in Operations Management in the near future.

I am so excited about my new position as Critical Environment Operations Lead at Microsoft. This appointment came after I completed my Diploma in Environment Health and Safety Management and Mastering Health and Safety Management. I am currently pursuing a Postgraduate Certificate in Engineering Management to gain more knowledge for my new role.

I had an absolutely amazing first-class experience at UniAthena for my Postgraduate Certificate in Machine Learning. I found the study material, the video lectures and further reading interesting and engaging. The academic staff was also friendly and supportive and they were always quick to answer my questions by email which I liked. Their IT team was good at getting back to me when I had this issue logging into the website where I had to reset the password endlessly, but they fixed it within a short span of time. That was nice. The assignments had a very practical and business-minded focus to them, for instance, one of the questions asked was how you would apply AI to improve a company's operational efficiency. This is great because it really helps to engage your thinking about how your studies are connected to your future career or job role. 

The only downside point was some of the quiz questions. They could perhaps do with a little revamping. However, the quiz questions were focused on continually improving and testing your understanding so if you complete them, you get a very good grasp of the course. You can work at your own pace which means that there is no pressure and you can learn a lot in a short space of time which fits into your hectic schedule. I enjoyed the course that I chose which made it easier to study. All in all, I had a very positive postgraduate education experience. I highly recommend UniAthena and I fully endorse them to further your educational needs and improve your resume by enhancing your skills and experience.

My name is Yap Chee Ping, and I am currently an educator and trainer based in Singapore. Previously, I worked as a senior technical specialist and robotics trainer, as well as held management-level roles. 

Before enrolling in the course, I was actively engaged  in education, dedicating myself to teaching, student development, and program delivery. As someone with many years of practical experience, I was committed to helping others grow. Yet deep within, I also recognized that I was standing at a defining stage in my own professional journey. I wanted to grow further—not only as an educator, but also as a leader, a thinker, and a future-ready professional preparing for the next chapter of my career.

What motivated me to enrol was more than just the pursuit of another qualification. I wanted to challenge myself, expand my intellectual boundaries, and strengthen my knowledge in management, leadership, and strategy. I was looking for a program that could facilitate my transition into senior leadership roles.
