My decision to pursue this specialization was driven by a desire to strengthen my leadership, operations management, and project execution skills. I am a hospitality leader with over 15 years of experience in luxury dining, currently heading China Tang Dubai at Lana Promenade. My name is Tuhafeni Kristofina Iitengula, and I work for the Ministry of Works and Transport in Namibia as a Senior Business Administrator. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Project Management and an MBA in Operations and Project Management. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Development Studies with a specialization in Operations and Project Management.

Before enrolling, I was already working in the private sector and looking for opportunities to strengthen my leadership, operational management, and project management skills. I wanted to enhance my academic qualifications and position myself for greater professional responsibilities and career growth.

My name is Yap Chee Ping, and I am currently an educator and trainer based in Singapore. Previously, I worked as a senior technical specialist and robotics trainer, as well as held management-level roles. 

Before enrolling in the course, I was actively engaged  in education, dedicating myself to teaching, student development, and program delivery. As someone with many years of practical experience, I was committed to helping others grow. Yet deep within, I also recognized that I was standing at a defining stage in my own professional journey. I wanted to grow further—not only as an educator, but also as a leader, a thinker, and a future-ready professional preparing for the next chapter of my career.
