Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in order to be eligible for this course. Additionally, applicants must have adequate proficiency in the English language.

All applicants are required to upload the following documents in order to be eligible for admission:

1. Bachelor's Degree Certificate (Official translations should be submitted if the documents are not in English).
2. The final transcript of the bachelor's degree.
3. A copy of the government-issued photo identification.

Follow these steps to formally enroll into the Diploma program by GMU:

1. Register on Athena Global Education for a free 7-day trial.
2. Upload all the required documents to the learning portal by clicking on "Enroll Now" on the learning dashboard.
3. The academic panel will review the documents, and the eligible candidates will receive the Admission Offer Letter.
4. On receiving the "Admission Offer Letter," you can pay for the first module.
5. The learner can also make the payment for all the modules together. However, you will get access to the 
   subsequent module only after completing the previous modules.
6. The learner will receive the official "Admission Letter" along with the fee receipt once the payment is confirmed.
7. Access your portal and enjoy learning.

If you are unsure about your eligibility or do not have a bachelor's degree, contact us at admissions@uniathena.com and attach the relevant documents to your email. You won't be asked to make a payment until we determine you are eligible to be admitted.

Once you register for the course, you will have access to the learning resources of the first module, where you can access the learning materials and the e-library. Your access to these learning resources will end after 7 days of registration, and you will need to enroll in the program by paying fees for the first module. To be eligible for admission, you must first upload all eligibility-related documents to the learning portal and then receive an "offer of admission letter." 

After enrolling in a particular program or receiving the admission letter, we are unable to offer refunds as per our policy. However, prior to enrollment, all learners have the option to utilize the free trial period, which lasts between 3 to 7 days.

The core resources of the program are video classes and related reading material. The video lessons and reading materials will provide you with adequate knowledge to understand the module content.

Additionally, you will also be learning from webinars, the online library, and participation in the discussion boards, as well as from additional learning materials and case studies curated by faculty.

Every student is assigned a personal tutor for each module in his course. The student can reach out to his or her personal tutor for any academic assistance with his or her learning. Besides academic assistance, students are assigned a Student Experience Executive, who will be there to assist students with any pastoral support (non-academic). You can reach out to your student support executive at see@uniathena.com.

There are no written exams for this program. Once you are enrolled in the program, the assessment will be based on your quiz and assignment scores. You can access the assignment and quizzes under the "Project Details" tab in the learning portal, which will be unit-wise. You will get multiple attempts for each quiz and the Assessor will consider the best marks and for assignments, you will have only one final submission. You have to submit the assignments for each unit within a specific time frame. You will be able to submit the assignment only after attempting the quiz on that particular unit.
If you have any questions concerning the assignments or quizzes, you can seek the support of your Personal Tutor. After you have submitted the assignment and quiz, the faculty will evaluate and provide feedback, including results (your grade), within 21 days of your submission. If you fail, you will be given feedback on the assignment stating the reasons for your failure. You will have to rework the project according to the feedback provided by the assessor. You will have to resubmit the assignment within 21 days of the publication of the result (grade). There are no additional fees for the resubmission.

If you do not submit the assignment within 60 days of the enrolment date, you may request a 30-day extension for a fee of USD 100.00 ($100).
If you do not resubmit the failed assignment within 21 days of the published results, you may request an extension of not more than 30 days by paying USD 100.00 ($100).
If you fail again on your resubmission, you may apply for a retake by paying USD 150 ($100). You will have another 60 days of access to the resources and will need to submit the assignment within 60 days from the retake date. The process then restarts as mentioned above.

Once you have registered for the course, the maximum time allowed to complete the program is 6 months. The course's minimum duration is 3 months, though some exceptions may apply.

Each module must be completed within 60 days of the enrollment date. The shortest time allowed for submission of the assignment is 21 days from the date of enrollment. The module's minimum duration is 21 days, though some exceptions may apply.

This Diploma is awarded by Guglielmo Marconi University (GMU), Italy, which is accredited by the Ministry of Education, Italy. Besides, GMU is part of the Bologna process of the European Union and is a NARIC-approved university, ensuring international recognition.

Under any unforeseen circumstances, if you want to withdraw from the program, you may apply for an Early Exit Award. Based on the credit earned and modules completed, you might receive a credit statement or a diploma, or an extended diploma by paying the certification fee. You will be able to resume the course at a later date by re-enrolling and you may resume from where you left off, depending on the availability of that particular course at the time of re-enrollment.
