Please tell us about yourself, your family and your interests.

I am Neil Albania, and I am the middle one of three siblings. I am the breadwinner of the family. I like to play basketball and volleyball with friends. I am currently working with Meet Ventures as Program Manager.

What drew you to the program you are studying at Athena? Is it living up to your expectations?

For my personal and professional growth, my company sponsored my MBA program with UniAthena. I have just started. I hope it will not be that difficult for me as this is a completely different subject from what I had studied before.

What would you like to do after completing this course from Athena?

I would like to enroll in another course like the Executive MBA if time allows.

What do you think makes a great teacher?

In my opinion, a great teacher is someone who approaches a student not as a teacher but as a friend.

What’s your dream job?

Being the breadwinner of the family and helping everyone is my dream job. I just want to help and help in any way I can to those who need it.

What is the most courageous thing you have ever done?

The most courageous thing I have ever done is to apply for a computer course scholarship even when I had no idea what a computer was. It is because I come from a family of farmers.

What is your favorite childhood memory?

Going to school with a high fever in the midst of a storm. (classes are not canceled even if there’s a storm)

What is your idea of a perfect vacation?

Spending time on the white sandy beach with family and closest friends.

Which fictional character (character from a film, book, TV series, play) would you like to be friends with?

I prefer real friends to fictional ones any day.

Mention one important lesson you have learned in life that made you what you are today.

"'The pain you’ve been feeling can’t compare to the joy that is coming.” - Romans 8:18.
