Master in Construction Management

Learners wishing to be admitted to the Master program should satisfy the following requirements:

1. Possess a Bachelor's degree   from an accredited university (or academic equivalent)in any subject.
2. Acceptable level of English
If you are not a native speaker, you should have an appropriate English proficiency level, e.g. an IELTS score of 5.5 or equivalent in all bands or possess a Bachelor's degree delivered and assessed in English, or proof of work experience in an English-speaking environment.
3. Applicants without a Bachelor's degree can apply through our mature entry route. Applicants will need to provide evidence of 5 years (Minimum) of relevant managerial work experience, along with certificates of your highest diplomas/degrees/professional certifications and an updated resume.
4. Applicants admitted to the program via the Mature Entry Route are required to obtain their Postgraduate Diploma Certificates as a mandatory step.

All applicants are required to upload the following documents in order to be eligible for admissions:

1. Proof of having earned a Bachelor's Degree - such as a Degree Certificate. If the documents are not in English, official translations should be submitted.
2. The final transcript of Bachelor's Degree.
3. A copy of the government-issued photo identity card.
4. Applicants without a Bachelor's degree can apply through our mature entry route. Applicants will need to provide evidence of 5 years (Minimum) of relevant managerial work experience, along with certificates of your highest diplomas/degrees/professional certifications and an updated resume.

Follow these steps to formally enroll in the Master program:

1. Register on Athena Global Education for a free 7-day trial.
2. Upload all the documents as required under the 'Eligibility Criteria' to the learning portal by clicking on 'Enroll Now' on the learning dashboard.
3. The academic panel will then review your documents and if found to be eligible, send you an 'Admission Offer Letter'.
4. On receiving the 'Admission Offer Letter', you can start your payment.
5. You will be given access to subsequent module content only after completing the previous module.
Once your payment is confirmed, you will be sent an official 'Admission Letter' along with a receipt for the amount paid. You will also get access to the Assignment-related documents in the 'Project Details' section.

If you are unsure about your eligibility or if you do not have a Bachelor's degree, then contact us at admissions@uniathena.com and attach the relevant documents to your email. You won't be asked to make a payment until we determine you are eligible to be admitted.

We have two different payment methods fast-track and flexible plans. Both are meticulously designed to provide learners with seamless and convenient learning experience according to their budget plans. The fast-track plan comes with monthly payment options, propelling learners to fast-forward their learning journeys and offering substantial savings on module fees. It will serve as an ideal choice for those seeking to optimize both their time and budget. In contrast, the flexible plan is tailored to work around the hectic schedules of professionals, enabling them to progress and eliminate monthly financial obligations.

After enrolling in a particular program or receiving the admission letter, we are unable to offer refunds as per our policy. However, prior to enrollment, all learners have the option to utilize the free trial period, which lasts between 3 to 7 days.

Online - Program delivery is completely online. The online program will let you achieve this qualification without having to take a break from your career.
Personal Tutor Support - While the program is completely online, you are not left alone, At Athena, you will be assigned a personal tutor for any academic assistance.
Easy Fee Payment - Instead of paying in a lump sum, we are following a module wise installment scheme, which is relatively easy on the pocket.
Early Exit Award - In case you have to leave the program mid-way, you would still be able to claim a Certificate/Diploma, based on the course credits you have completed till then.

If you are an experienced professional, you might not have to go for modules corresponding to your domain. You can apply for credit exemption for the same in accordance with the Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL). Our APL(Accreditation to Prior Learning) Committee will evaluate your application and get back to you.

Course delivery is completely online supported by Personal Tutor. This way you get the flexibility of online program and guidance as in the onsite program.

To ensure that the learning can work around your schedule, we have used the Byte-Sized format. Wherein your course content is broken down into small deliverables which can be completed in small time- 10 minute break time, while you are traveling, etc. This format does not require you to create dedicated time for your learning, you are able to learn anywhere anytime.

Also, each lesson item has 4 levels of course resources - Video Lessons(Basic), Essential Reading (Essential), Reference Material (Advanced), Additional Resources (Expert). This allows you to go for the expertise level based on your requirement, for that topic.

Along with that, you will also be learning from webinars, online libraries, additional learning materials and case studies curated by faculty.

Once you register for the course, you will have access to the learning resources of the first module (or "course" in the American system) where you can access the learning materials and the e-library. Your access to these learning resources will end after 7 days of registration and you will need to enroll for the program. In order to be eligible for admission, you must upload all the eligibility-related documents on the learning portal and subsequently must have received an 'Offer of Admission' letter.

This Master degree is awarded by GMU, Italy which is accredited by the Ministry of Education, Italy.

GMU, Italy is NARIC Approved providing it international recognition. The university is also part of the Bologna Process, which allows the academic recognition of qualifications all across Europe.

In accordance with APCL Policy (Accreditation to Prior Certified Learning), candidates can apply for credit exemption at exemption@uniathena.com. The candidate can get modules exempted, corresponding to their prior completed education.
